If you have lived a transformation process and want to share it, this is your opportunity.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to Participate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To ensure the coherence of the book, we have established the following guidelines:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Topic Selection<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You will be able to choose a topic from a list of 20 options designed to address various stages of personal growth.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Text length<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Minimum<\/strong>: 1.5 pages<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum<\/strong>: 10 pages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Document Format<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Archive<\/strong>.doc or .docx (Word)<\/li>\n<li><strong>File name<\/strong>: FirstNameLastName_BriefTitle.docx<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>4. Style and Presentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Source<\/strong>Times New Roman or Arial, size 12.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Line spacing<\/strong>: 1.5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Margins<\/strong>2.5 cm on all sides.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Title<\/strong>Size 16, bold, centered.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subtitles<\/strong>Size 14, bold, left aligned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>5. Text Content<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The narrative should focus on your personal reconstruction process, highlighting:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>The moment of crisis<\/strong> and how you identified it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tools and key people<\/strong> who helped you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learning and achievements<\/strong> achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>6. Contact Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Include your name, email and phone number in the header or footer (they will not be published in the book).<\/p>\n<h4><strong>7. Proofreading and Editing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Your text will be reviewed by an editorial team for spelling and style adjustments. A final version will be sent to you for approval before publication.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>8.
